Can You Feel It?

One of the reasons why a lot of people have no faith in certain exercises is because they are unable to feel the exercise working their muscles.

The form may be correct, the weight may be manageable and they may also be exerting themselves to failure on each exercises but yet still unable to really ‘Feel’ the exact exercise.

The majority of those may feel that their form is incorrect, yet this isn’t always the case. On occasion it can be due to not have as many muscle fibres actively engaging in that area. And by that, meaning not having as much muscle in a certain area.

The more muscle you have – The easier it is to feel a weighted resistance exercise.

It’s as simple as that…

In order to feel the muscle working better, you have to gain more muscle, in order to gain more muscle, you to keep lifting weight (meanwhile incorporating a sufficient diet).

The main factors towards really ‘Feeling’ the exercise at any stage should be.

Repetition Speed

Concentric & Eccentric Movement

Contraction

Mind Muscle Connection

Once these 4 principles are mastered and you have gained a lot of lean muscle tissue, never again will it be an issue to feel an exercise.
