New Years Resolutions

We all set out with some form of New Years Resolution, regardless of how small or large it may be. It doesn’t matter if you’re in great condition physically or the most out of shape you’ve ever been in, we all have them.

The main thing is that we set them, track them and stay consistent at them. Throughout the months coming, we are able to see our progress, we are able to see how well we are really doing and this should allow us to keep going. THAT is your motivation, that is the reason you get out of bed in the morning and do it.

We wish all our lives, wishing for things yet never take action, it’s time to leave that comfort zone, comfort is terrible, it’s terrible. If you want to be the same then great, stay comfortable, but if you really want to make something of yourself, if you REALLY want to do it, then you better get used to being uncomfortable.

Embrace the pain

Embrace the sacrifice

Embrace doing things that you feel as though you can’t be bothered to do

Fight off that voice inside your head that say’s ‘Tomorrow, in half an hour, I’ll start next week’.

Do it NOW.

The world will pass you by and the last thing you want to be left with is regret.

Regret is a stomach wrenching poison that leaves you depressed and full of guilt. Guilty that you didn’t do it, guilty that you didn’t GO FOR IT when you had the chance.

None of us want that.

We want PROGRESS, We want SUCCESS, We want to be the ones that are looked up to.

And the only way to achieve any of that is to get out there and DO IT.

So this year, it’s time that we really did something with our lives, it’s time that we changed our habits and done something different.

Get out there and let your motivation fuel the fire and let that blaze burn.

Work your ass of until you get what you want…

The greatest New Years Resolutions are the ones we stick to.
